Celsia manufactures copper-tungsten (WCu) electrodes with a long operational lifespan, up to 5 times longer than common copper alloys such as copper-beryllium.
The three available compositions – W70Cu30, W75Cu25, W80Cu20 – ensure:
- resistance to high temperatures during welding;
- low wear during mesh dragging;
- reduced machine downtime.
This results in greater operational continuity and reduced maintenance costs.
