The merger of Celsia SpA into F.I.L.M.S. SpA has been implemented with effect from 31 December 2013.
As a result from the above mentioned date, F.I.L.M.S. SpA has taken the place of Celsia S.p.A., in all active and passive
legal relationships of which Celsia SpA was the holder, assuming all arising rights and obligations.
