OMCD TEK HUB SpA, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, has adopted a Whistleblowing System aimed at promoting a culture of legality and transparency within the Company.

The subject of the reports may concern:

  • violations falling within the scope of European Union acts in the following areas: public procurement; financial services, products, and markets and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental protection; radiation protection and environmental safety; food and feed safety and animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; privacy and personal data protection; and the security of networks and information systems;
  • acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the Union;
  • acts or omissions concerning the internal market (e.g., violations relating to competition and State aid);
  • acts or behavior that defeat the purpose or objective of the provisions of Union acts;
  • civil, administrative, or criminal offenses.

Reports concerning facts, behavior or situations that pertain exclusively to personal matters are not admissible.
