groups discovering the world of Hard Metal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Great adhesion to the <strong>project: &#8222;Scuola Futuro Vco&#8220;<\/strong>, proposed by the Young Entrepreneures Group of the Industrial Union with the aim of increasing synergy between the world of education and that of business.<\/p>\n<p>During the month of May, <strong>middle school students of Villadossola, Vanzone and Pieve Vergonte<\/strong> visited five Verbano Cusio Ossola companies, which relate to the most diverse areas and application sectors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lagostina of Omegna<\/li>\n<li>Tecnolab of Lago Maggiore<\/li>\n<li>Travi e profilati of Pallanzeno<\/li>\n<li>OMCD Group, with the 3 different production plants: Celsia, FILMS and Scleros, in Anzola d&#8217;Ossola<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It was an opportunity to closely learn about the production processes, to open a dialogue with entrepreneurs and their collaborators, to promote understanding and awareness of the professional skills required of young people today and to facilitate<strong> the training choices and work paths<\/strong> of new generations.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-3592 gallery-columns-2 \/><\/a>\n\t        <\/div><\/figure>\n\t    <\/div>\n\n<p>Divided into small groups and guided by the company staff, in OMCD Group the students saw first-hand the Hard Metal and the electrical contacts of Celsia, saw collaborative robots in action and learned how automation and technology act as a common thread to the various departments, from commercial, to technical, up to the production itself.<\/p>\n<p>A positive experience for everyone and the presonalized biscuits with the company logos made the visit even more enjoyable.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-2' class='gallery galleryid-3592
